Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for all scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If no cancellation is made a fee of $50 will be added to patient’s account. Patients with a $50 no show fee attached to their account may not book or receive services until fee is collected.
