The GentleMax Pro is equipped with a cooling device that helps in reducing discomfort during the laser session. This cooling feature also protects your top layer of skin. Laser hair removal does cause some discomfort, but most people handle it well. If you find it unbearable, ask about a topical anesthetic and take ibuprofen prior to your appointment.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Prior to coming in for laser hair removal, shave the treatment areas. Do not wax, thread, or pluck them, however. Always shave between treatment sessions, too.
